Symposium Registration Fees Includes:
Participation to all scientific sessions,
Printed materials (Bag, name badge, plastic badge, lanyard, mini program),
Certificate of attendance,
Open buffet lunch and one beverage on November 03-04, 2023 days,
Morning and afternoon coffee breaks with cookies on November 03-04, 2023 days,

Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds:
• Payments can be conducted either by bank transfer or credit card.
• All cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail to ramses@serenas.com.tr
   o If received by September 04, 2023 the payment will be refunded in full.
   o If received between September 05, 2023 and October 02, 2023, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
   o If received later than September 06, 2023, there will be no refund.
As a matter of fact, while there would be full refund, there often are handling fee charged for processing the refund. Handling Fee: 50 € for per person (VAT is included) for each cancellation.
• All rates are subject to amendments without prior notice.
• Name change will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the Meeting.
• All refunds, if any, will be processed after the Meeting.

Accommodation Fees Includes:
• One night accommodation at the deluxe room (27 Sqm). 
• Open buffet breakfast each morning at the The Marmara Taksim Hotel Restaurant.
• Service charge and %10 VAT, 2% accommodation tax.
• No refunds will be made for no – shows.

• The full payment is required in order to confirm your hotel reservation.

The two-way transfer (İstanbul International Airport – The Marmara Taksim Hotel - İstanbul International Airport) of the participants who informed Serenas Tourism about the details of their roundtrip transfers by minivan shall be made at a cost of 205 EUR between the dates of November 02 – 05, 2023.
• Flight changes for transfer requests will be taken into consideration if 48 hours prior notice of the transfer date and time is given.
• The 20 % VAT is included to the transfer fee.

Payments can be made with credit cards (master card or visa) or through bank transfer.
Payments shall be made in Euro (€). No other currencies shall be accepted.

Credit Card: AMEX and Diners credit cards are not accepted for on line and on-site registration.

Bank Transfer: Participants who pay their balance with a bank transfer are required to send the bank receipt copies to SERENAS Tourism via e-mail: ramses@serenas.com.tr
